Parkland Income Fund (the "Fund" or "Parkland") is an unincorporated, open-ended limited purpose mutual fund trust established under the laws of the Province of Alberta on April 30, 2002.  The Fund was created to acquire the fuel marketing, convenience stores and related ancillary businesses formerly owned by Parkland Industries Ltd.  This acquisition was completed on June 28, 2002 through a Plan of Arrangement
